EPS is a firm of property search consultants with a combined experience of over twenty years in the London property market.
We are unique in that we exclusively represent the tenant and not the landlord, allowing us to provide an unrivaled impartial and comprehensive service.
EPS is part of Free Office Finder Ltd and is a service born out of the need for a more dedicated and bespoke search for clients who are unable to locate suitable premises via the Free Office Finder service. With seven years of continued growth, we have represented companies and organisations of all sizes including Barclays Bank, the Metropolitan Police, Working Title Films, KPMG and Samsung amongst many other well known names and smaller startup organisations.
